funny though, how the term espresso can be traced to the french term “expres por vous”, meaning especially for you—referring to each cup being brewed individually. Perhaps this gives the term “expresso” some legitimacy, however unfortunately the dreaded “x” is almost synonymous with other bad coffee practices…
